As an operator with many years of experience in the design and implementation of telecommunications networks, we offer our clients professional assistance in the preparation of technical documentation in accordance with the principles of access to cable duct services.

As part of it, we will prepare for you:
Technical Execution Designs – on the basis of technical conditions issued by us earlier for sewerage lease services.
As-built Documentation - specifying the parameters specified in the technical design, as well as allowing for the verification of construction works with the changes made in the course of works and geodetic as-built measurements.

On 11 September 2018 the President of the Office of Electronic Communications issued a decision for Netia S.A. under which he determined the conditions of access to the cable ducts and access to the telecommunications ducts of the building.

Pursuant to Article 18(7) of the Act of 7 May 2010 on supporting the development of telecommunications services and networks (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 2062, as amended), we hereby publish the decision in question and annexes thereto.

At the same time, we would like to inform that Netia S.A. has been obliged to apply the terms and conditions of access referred to in the aforementioned decision as of 15 March 2019.
