NETIA HONOURED WITH "PREMIUM BRAND" AWARD
Premium Brand is the only project in the Polish market that examines brand reputation as a key element of competitive advantage. Winners and leaders receive the Premium Brand Award. This is granted on the basis of the results of a nationwide survey of consumer opinions and reviews.
The survey was conducted among people familiar with the given brand. Assessment concerned trust in the brand, loyalty towards the brand, the media atmosphere that accompanies it, social commitment and the overall image of the company as an employer. The survey conducted involved 10,000 Polish consumers aged 15 or over. More than 200 companies were surveyed in 20 categories of products and services.
The results were presented during a gala on April 27 this year at the Sabat Theatre. The award was received by Netia’s PR Manager Karol Wieczorek.
This is a very important award for us. The surveying of a large number of repeat customers for many years is an interesting point of reference. The good results are evidence that we do our job well. We aim to listen to our customers, be very close to them and react to what they say to us – said Karol Wieczorek.
Among this year's other Premium Brand laureates, apart from Netia, were such brands as Beckers, Elektrix, Cisowianka, Ochnik, Oknoplast, RTV Euro AGD and Żywiec Zdrój. Jurek Owsiak was awarded the title of the Person of Great Reputation.
The "Premium Brand" Foundation is the organizer of the project. The survey involving the Ariadna nationwide panel is conducted by the Maison&Partners agency based on a methodology developed by Warsaw University’s Professor Dominika Maison, a market and social survey expert.
